Lunch Break

I was working today, so in these days of working from the kitchen table, I made sure I took my lunch break away from the "desk" and sat in the garden before taking a few turns round the flower borders.

In the end, I took a rather longer break than normal when I spotted the lovely metallic green body of Rose Chafer Beetles feeding on one of the shrubs, I think a Viburnum, in full bloom.  Taking a closer look, I spotted this pair enjoying the sunny weather. They wandered around for 10minutes or so before heading in opposite directions.  I particularly like the pollen on their snouts!
