Dates Vinegar

Those of you who have been paying attention will recall my bemusement about the two bottles of date vinegar that appeared in the spice cupboard clear out Last week.

Well, today I found a use for one of them. When I went to Aldi the other day, the only thing on the list I couldn’t get was ketchup. Hhmmm.....

So we made our own tonight. Reckon I was a bit over eager with the vinegar, though. Never mind, it still tastes great.
