Lockdown Day 52

Today I made some Anzac biscuits which are famous in New Zealand and Australia.
Apparently they were made and sent by wives to soldiers abroad as the ingredients didn’t spoil easily.
They were washed down nicely with a cuppa tea, comfort food on a cold windy day :-)
