I wish Blip could show video because we watched something wonderful today!

8 ducklings were caught in a gully and the mother duck called them from the canal pound. I was ready to jump in the hand pick them out. That was not necessary as they climbed their way out via a plank. All but one, which would reach the top of the plank and fall back in. It made it on its 3rd attempt. Phew!!

We saw cygnets and goslings and I got wonderful video of the Heron in flight.

The weather has been lovely again!
