Rumbling On

This picture today is a screenshot from a FB post from Aly, our family friend down in Chandlers Ford, near Southampton. Aly received a terminal Cancer diagnosis earlier this year . She’s an assistant Head Teacher in a local Primary School and is still working as well as home schooling her son of 15 and daughter of 13 as her husband works in the pharmacy of the Hospital in Southampton. These are her heartfelt words. My heart breaks for her especially as her mum died suddenly 4 years ago and her dad six .

In other my day news, we walked down to the bread shop in the glorious sunshine. Did my shoulder exercises which are helping thankfully and read my book in the garden.
