I'm even going to stick my neck out and say it's some sort of demoiselle. Possibly a Beautiful Demoiselle?  Please feel free to correct this.
I found a rich seam of them on the River Alne on my afternoon walk, even reasonably accessible with hardly any danger of falling in. Always a bonus.
