Lockdown Day70, is that it, are we out now ?

... can we safely leave our asylums, it seems we can, day passes only, but not locked in any more... like the moon, neither fully in nor fullyout. PS. This is about the best I could get with my phone, in manual mode on a tripod max zoom. Not even close to the quality of my 500mm Nikon SLR film camera of old !
