Monday 23 March 2009: My Parents

My son called my mother in Los Angeles earlier this evening to ask her for a chicken soup recipe. And then I came across these two slightly tattered photos of my parents, stuck into a big book of photos. My mother, Gloria, was in High school at the time (perhaps around 1948). My father Dan's portrait must have been later, when he was in his forties. I'll ask him tomorrow. :)
