Cliftonwood

This is a little bit of Cliftonwood with a view of Ashton Court and perhaps of Leigh Woods beyond. We had a walk with Grandparents (parents) and managed to get a takeaway hot chocolate and juice for the boys.

This is an interesting part of Bristol. All the houses are going up, down and across the hillside and there is still a bit of an alternative feel about some roads. Little patches of green space, views into interesting houses and great vistas across towards the Underfall Yard, the bonded warehouses and Dundry beyond. 

That's the great thing about Bristol - you can almost always see the countryside beyond.

The extras include the view across to the Underfall Yard, always an interesting place to walk through but currently Covid closed.
