Size is everything.

At long last I have Blaird's work up on the wall.
I bought it ages ago, and it still needs framing, but the position is perfect.
It's huge 5.5 x 7 ft and wonderful and sits above a sofa and opposite a Lego
portrait of me and a collection of globes.
I hope she approves.
It's weird when you've only seen a painting in a book or online
it's real life size always takes you by surprise.

I used to have a boyfriend like that.
