Brace Yourselves

Another day of essay work followed by a brilliant Cheer session. I managed to snap a few pictures and a lot of videos of stunts and this is one of my favourites - the two flyers on the ends are bracing the one in the middle one, who is about to do a stunt. Cheer is a lot about trust and relying on others, it gives you a real sense of camaraderie, meaning you gel together quickly into a team- it's a brilliant sport.
