Hanover's Craigh na Dun

This is obviously for fans of the Outlander time travel saga that we and many others have loved. This little traveler with the necessary gem in her pouch, listening for the hum, and touching the stone, is hoping to pass through the stone to join Claire and Jamie.

The extra is the photo I was going to blip if I couldn't pull this off. It took only about 5 minutes with about five willing chippies in the wings to stage the scene.

Merry is doing well with her cone, I went to get food for her, my only outing theses days at the Healthy Animal in Pembroke. The women there are really helpful and wondered if she might by chance be allergic to the litter we have been using, a dust free, chemical free type. I figured it's worth a try and I bought another brand they carry instead of the one I always buy there. The owner of the shop remarked that Merry is doing so well with the cone because she was a show cat, used to putting up with a lot and adjusting. Lots of cats just keep backing up and won't tolerate the nasty confinement. I just wish we could get to the bottom of the itchy business. Luckily, she love the rabbit diet and has no trouble with dairy, so I can give her pills hidden in cream cheese.

For the Record
This day came in hot and humid. We had a brief shower that wet everything, adding to the day lily beauty, but left the air like a steam bath. Day lily's heralded the end of school when I was teaching, a beautiful sight on the first mornings of summer vacation.

All hands wary. The cases are down in Massachusetts, but increasing in so many other states, terrifying.
