How close?

Wondered whether we needed a special lense to blip this road name. Ultra fast, ultra slow, ultra bright? Ultra cold here today ULTRA was the name adopted by military intelligence breaking encrypted signals during 1941 at Bletchley Park. When we first saw this road name we thought it very amusing, but now we are wondering what the connection is (if any) with Bletchley Park. More investigation needed!
