The nonsense continues.

The message on the missed call said the opening hours were 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12 midday on Saturday.

So, bang on 8am I rang. This time I only had to wait for 15 minutes only to be told that the underwriters don't work on Saturday and to phone back on Monday!

Life is joyful.... 

Well it is when you have a lovely Oddie making lovely things.... her second attempt and I think this one is going to be a thing of beauty. ❤️
