Today is our son Dan's 23rd birthday, he was born the year Dad retired, he has grown into a young man to be very proud of.

I worked today until 4pm, then visited Chrisyllian before going home for our evening meal, a lovely lamb roast cooked by Tracey followed by a superb raspberry cheesecake made by Dan's girlfriend Michelle.

I went back out to see Dad, no change, heartbreaking.
