Cough.

Today, I have mainly been going "ugh ugh" and "hahuggm, hahuggm"
I have had so many Strepsils im floating on air. Last night I gulped down a large swig of cough mixture and almost choked to death when it went down the wrong way. 50 minutes of coughing later, I eventually went back to sleep.
