Northumberlandia Lady

It felt nice to take my camera out for the first time in months, I was in danger of forgetting how to use it! I have been wanting to get a shot of comet Neowise and figured out that it would appear behind the 'Lady of the North' at Northumberlandia so I headed over there before sunset to reccy the site. I took a few shots of the sculpture as the sun went down but then clouds started to gather and I gave up and headed home... only to find by midnight the sky was totally clear! Will try again over the weekend I think, as the forecast is promising.
