Iris

............in mono.
Surprised to see a single iris blooming in the pond, the clump of them were all in flower earlier in the year. I accidentally touched the mono effect after I had downloaded the image, and rather liked it, so I have left it as it is for today's blip.
A quiet day, cloudy and dull again but warm, very strange weather for July. Had a long Skype with G in Vietnam, and did some more reviewing on line for houses...
Looking forward to a film on CH4 TV tonight, which comes highly recommended :Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.....
