The fool on the hill

Don't start...

Not a great day.
I had a phone call from B in a bit of a panic. Her remote locking wasn't working and the car wouldn't start. I figured she'd left the lights on at her school car park - and so it was. That's okay. We all make mistakes. I was 100 miles away so couldn't do much. She managed to avert school pickup logistical nightmare with deft mobile phonage and I got there in time to remove the battery and take it home for charging.
Other downers? Mainly I have reaffirmed to myself that I just can't deal with paranoid control freaks. They do my head in.
I read that it's a legal requirement for a contractor to to know their employer's mission statement.
