Lockdown rations

Here we have a delicious fruit cake. It's the first time I've made it. I needs tinned pineapple which we don't usually have in the cupboard but Mr P bought some when he stockpiled at the beginning of lockdown. I don't even know why he bought pineapple. He bought tinned soup too and must have been imagining us stricken with the virus and only  able to eat tinned soup and tinned pineapple. He's finally allowed me to break into the emergency rations, hence the cake. I must say it is quite the best fruit cake I've eaten in ages so I can thank him now for panic buying.
