Plums

the plum tree hasn’t looked that bonny or fruitful all year but it has produced a decent crop of tasty plums. A relatively quiet Saturday, a morning of Saturday Kitchen followed by a bit pottering at the plot where I met a 90 year old neighbour, I’d seen her before and waved and said hello but today was a good chat about produce and ‘I’m 90 you know’, I’ve offered to help out if she needs it but she still loves to pop down to the allotment and potter ...long may it last
