Busy bee

Rather low in energy this weekend, so I just went out for a short walk this afternoon. As always, I'm so glad I did. Being outside usually make me feel better and this afternoon's walk was no different. The buddleia are all in flower around here and the smell is gorgeous when you walk past. The bees seem to think so too!

There are also rowan berries on the trees now, many looking very red (see extra). It feels quite early for the berries to be quite so red, but maybe I've just not been so observant before? Certainly they make me think that autumn is on its way, though it is only the beginning of august. Whether or not that is case, they're certainly very colourful and just asking to be photographed.
