Swedish style fish cakes with an avocado and cress salad, a zingy salsa and herby roast potatoes.

It took me 35 minutes but that excludes the time it takes to get all the ingredients together. More importantly it tastes fantastic. The family all love it.

The rest of the day has been quiet. A bit of DIY and running repairs and a bit of sitting in the garden. Happy days.
