Foxy Lady

We were chatting on our friends’ terrace when foxy slinked past. Apparently he’s a daily visitor. , I followed him down the drive and just caught this distant view as he headed out (towards the refuse bin?).

I’m now fixated on the view outside. Incredibly overcast and grey now, the sea is like a lake. Reports hundred(s) of dolphins seen yesterday, by several individuals near Southbourne (Bournemouth). .

I have spotted dolphins before, but not for a long time, and certainly no more than two or three. So hoping to strike lucky.

Not been out all day. Drizzly, raining, dull, damp. Spoken to a few friends, not been out either.

Just getting over a disastrous attempt at baking bread machine rye bread, cooling now, and likely heading for the bin* (Update: *it did). But Majo’s roasted cauliflower rice was a triumph, and enough left for a repeat tomorrow Thanks Majo if you are reading this.
