The Bass Rock as seen from Fife. Grabbed it quickly whilst we waited for Toddler E to finish his nap in the car. I thought it appropriate to photograph one poo covered place from another!

Spent the night working on Web hosting stuff, whilst working on the Churches site it made me think about lent ....

What to give up?
Chocolate - I'm now on Lacto free stuff and its good!
Caffeine? Yeh right! (I'd die)
Perhaps just eating, well 2 or 3 days a week?

You see I've been thinking about intermittent fasting ever since I saw Michael Mosley's Documentary on the subject! emmm ..... Need to loose some weight .....
