Burning Calories

Another 30C day today, it is sooooo hot. This mountain bike track is on Dean's Bank by the Clutha River, (which you can spot in the background). All I have to say that this cyclist is VERY KEEN!!

I have ridden on this track, but I pushed my bike up this hill!
