Cat & Garlic Goat Burgers

Georgina is the poster kitty for my favorite burger recipe:

"Garlic Goat Burger"
Just mix in seasoned bread crumbs, chopped garlic & red onion with ground goat meat. Cook it rare in a little butter, melt some cheese over it, have it on bread. Ceridwen suggested this recipe about a month ago and it was so delicious and interesting that here I am doing it again. It's well worth returning to.

Georgina might be thinking, "Well this is a dumb use of my time, but at least it's not a goat posing over a cat burger --made out of me!"
