Stratocumulus perlucidus

Here a nice example of a Stratocumulus perlucidus.
It can be mistaken for the Altocumulus perlucidus, which is quit similar but has smaller clouds. The Altocumulus forms also at higher altitude (between 6.500 ft. and 23.000ft) than the Stratocumulus (below 8.500ft).
