Birdhouse in your soul

Not to put too fine a point on it, these birdhouses in Dobbies look a bit more magical in the thumbnail than they do in reality.
Anyway, my car still ain't fixed, they cannot find what is causing the misfiring.
And after the weekend before last's kitchen leak, we discovered that our kick space heater, which hasn't been working, is also drip, drip dripping. Whilst we wait for my brother in law to come all the way out to fix it, we have sat a large metal tray under it, with a couple of muslin cloths folded up in it to soak the water up.
Also, there is always something else, our washing machine is making a funny noise when it is turning.
