Full to bursting

Massively busy day in the office - one thing after another right through to when I had to dash home to do more town hall meetings into the evening. 
Only chance for a blip was passing the always burgeoning greengrocer's on the way home, and after I'd finally finished I was only able to slump down in front of Bake Off and heating up some of the chicken and barley from last night....
