Deconstructed scone

The last of the hubby’s birthday scones. They really were lovely but oh so crumbly and this was our best effort at making it look like a cream scone. We had an email from our cruise operator saying that we can move our Feb 21 holiday to another date at no cost, however much we wanted to go we don’t think it would be the experience we wanted so it looks like we’ll be cruising in Feb 22.
