A friend of mine suffers with low mood. She is single and no family nearby. Covid and lockdown are very hard for her and she has become quite anxious. She doesn’t like to swim so prefers not to come to Bray with me.

I wanted to buy her something small to brighten her day. I bought her these very pretty blue flower plants, a small bar of rich chocolate and my last beeswax candle (it gives a faint scent of honey when lit).

I snapped the flowers when a girl passed by in red leggings.
