Goat beside the bike trail

The day started with a phone call from Laura in Kuwait. She’s struggling rather out there this year with no church, no choir, and because of her reduced salary has had to forego her lease car. She is also struggling with the online teaching. She teaches 2nd graders, but they missed half of last year, so they are really behind, and some of them particularly inept at the technology side of things, and in many cases their parents cant help either because they’re working, or they don’t speak very good English themselves! We watched our online service, then in the afternoon went cycling on the Little Miami trail, completing 16 miles return from Mathers Mill. It was very quiet on the trail today. One of the houses along the bike trail has a couple of goats, and they were where we could see them today, so I chose this one to be my blip. It started raining while we were driving back home, but once we got home we obviously hadn’t had much there! I had a good chat with my sister today - I hadn’t spoken with her for a while so it was good to hear her voice.
