Rejected Bananas

Alexander had a banana every day from the age of 6 months until one day he went off them. He didn't eat a single banana for a fortnight. Then one day he had another one and we were back on the banana train again.

But once again he has rejected bananas. It is at least a fortnight since he had one now. Could it be the end for bananas, I ask myself?

I made some banana bread and a banana cake with the unwanted produce. Bananas may never darken our doors again. I'm not really that keen on them myself (except in cake, obviously).
