Going Back

We recently needed a replacement liquid soap dispenser as our original finally gave up the ghost.

I chose a mid-range dispenser which said it gave 1cl to 3cl of soap at a time.  1cl is a lot, but this one would not give less than 2cl which is far too much and wasteful, so it’s going back.

We have bitten the bullet and bought one in the price range that was too high for me to even look at before, but you only get what you pay for.  The trouble is when you don’t get what you have paid for.  The new one can be adjusted down to give about 0.25cl, which is brilliant when you are rinsing/washing your hands every five minutes when cooking.  Larger quantities are available (and you can always go for a second helping anyway).

I wasn’t too sure what to do for an ‘unfocussed’ photo, but this whole thing has made me blurry eyed, so I chucked it on a retort stand and took a couple of thousand experimental shots (well quite a lot anyway . . . ).  Not exactly a masterpiece, but at least it should fit the slot.

Many thanks to 60plus for hosting this week MonoMonday.
