Sainsbury's, Calne

Before Sainsbury's could begin construction on their new supermarket in Calne, on the site of the Pippin car park, they had to build a replacement car park and market ground on a section of the green site created by the demolition of the Harris factory buildings. Construction of this new, large car park had now begun and was well under way.
