Swimmer

A bout of cold running through our house, put paid to visiting friends. Still left room for fun though - making pancakes with Arlo, out for a walk to Stockbridge and then when we got home Arlo decided he wanted to jump down the waterfall (blanket spread over a table & cushions) complete with swimming costume and goggles.

Any time I think of swimming related music I hav vague recollections of this 10" single always preferred the AA side. One of those British bands with an eye on the US underground rather than the British indie scene. Ramshackle and wonky and not nearly as good as I remember.

favourite bit of Arlo comedy today came when he fell off his scooter and accused his Mum, who was standing nowhere near him, of pushing him off
