Fishing

Lots of admin. completed this morning. Nothing major, just a lot of little tasks that inevitably take longer than anticipated, but it's good to get them done. Phew!

MrM went for a cycle ride after lunch, while I opted for a walk down by the Wooler Water. This beautiful heron was fishing in the river just below the bridge, so well-camouflaged in the water that I almost didn't spot him!
Home the long way round, and then a bit more exercise on the bike, before making tea.

Good to chat with Tom on the phone this evening.
