I heard today that the local silk weavers, Vanners in Sudbury in Suffolk, I have used for many years has gone into administration. I had been working on developing a new range of origami hats to show off their fabrics, so am shocked. They have been a great supporter of local artists, and were the first place to display and promote my hats as part of the Sudbury Silk Festival.
