Merry in stitches

Merry looks quite serious here, but she had just finished styling my hair as she walked along on the sofa behind my head. I've spared you the cat hairdressing, but captured her against the old Victorian crazy quilt on the wall. My mother bought it for me, for my birthday, well over 25 years ago at an antique show. A bit of editing to bring out the stitches here.
