Gadgets

Popped into Sterling Mills in Tillicoultry to pick up some bird seed to keep the critters going through the winter (although there are still plenty of berries around for them - they are lasting well this year) and as always, was drawn to the rack of kitchen gadgets.  
Don't know what it is, but this pandemic experience and the worsening climate emergency has made me think twice about all these single purpose gadgets that are made of plastic and shipped from the other side of the world.  It's just not sustainable.  So I enjoyed blipping the burst of colours and walked away without buying any of them.  
It's a small step, but you have to start somewhere.
