Grandma's love

Here is Jake in the sweater I knitted for him! (not the best picture of Jake, as he had a rough night). He and his mama left early this morning, after a wonderful week together. Today I am grateful for the following: 1) a babbling happy baby to greet me in the mornings 2) long walks with my daughter 3) lunches out at our favorite places 4) lots of laughing over the silly things grandmas and mamas do 5) bathtime and the sweet smells that follow.... But most of all I am grateful for a daughter who has become the most wonderful mother I could've imagined! She's always excelled in everything she's done, but the way she's taken on motherhood is her greatest accomplishment yet!!
