Busless bus pass walk

A slight smattering of snow overnight.  On going outside noticed there was ice under the snow.  Amended walk as there could have been issues with buses given that there was much more snow up in the next village.  Slippery pavements on the way to St Ives meant that I did a slo-mo fall as I walked down the hill.  A slightly pulled ankle, but carried on. The snow was already starting to melt as we walked, but enough left to give a Narnia effect at the top of the golf course.  Some lovely views across to the moors too, and lots of snow-laden plants, trees and walls.  Also saw the tree on the left of the collage - a tree face?  Orange “eyes” at least!  Lovely walk, but felt a bit “off it” when I reached home.  A hot bath and a short “nana-nap” put things to rights.  Was going to do another shortish walk this afternoon, but the light was going, so that has been put off until tomorrow.
