Sharpened Shun

Happy New Year all.

May it be so...

I’m posting early, as I don’t think there’ll be much else happening photographically; I’m not going anywhere today, and it’s Grey and meh.

I spent a bit of the morning sharpening four of our knives: my Shun kiritsuke and chef’s knife, and two of the Furi (chef’s knife and santoku) that mrs tsuken uses (I neglected to do the utility knife she persists in using sometimes for chopping veges).
