This wee crew came along to lunch with us today. Great way to keep the girls entertained while the big yins get in aboot their Sunday scran!

Legs are laupin today, tried a wee run on the treadmill after RPM in preperation for a duathalon that a few friends are doing - good fun but hard going. A long soak in a hot bath on the cards.
