Music to my ears

It was nice to have music in the house today but sad to see Harriet leave to go back to medical school for what, hopefully will be her final few months.

As the ice made for treacherous conditions outside, I went on the treadmill early this morning and at the same time watched the Andrew Marr show on iPlayer. Boris Johnson was the main guest. He is still defending the idea that schools are Covid safe and sitting on the fence on other issues.

 Another 10 km added to the Charity Challenge. I have today ordered some spiked cross-country running shoes so hopefully the snow and ice should be less of an issue.
