Little did i know

Oh mum, i knew you weren't well but little did i know id be seeing you sleep on heavens pillow in a few days.

You held me as a baby and protected me and i made sure i held you with dad and told you how much i loved you and would look after dad for you. Little did i know how the days would be without you.

Its hard to wake up and not see you, talk yo you and most importantly hug you and tell you i love you.
