Challenge Day 30 - Looking towards the Dark Side
TUESDAY
I started the day with 5 km on the treadmill before logging on for work at 8:30 am.
According to the weather forecast today was set to be the best day of the week so I took a break mid-morning and headed out for a run. I went round Norland Moor and headed up past Ringstone Reservoir (see extra) to Scammonden and then back home over the top of Norland Moor (also extra). It was very icy on the higher ground but the sun was shining and the sky blue.
The main blip is high above Scammonden with the M62 snaking west towards the Dark Side. Booth Wood Reservoir is on the right.
Spent the afternoon and early evening working and now watching the Pembroke Murders on itv.
30,072 steps so far
