Parvadi

This lovely lady (I was going to say old lady but I have no idea of her age) is my Ayurverdic masseur. She used to work in a hospital but now works at this roof top Ayurverdic centre ... basically you get covered in oil and I do mean covered then taken to Cloud Nine.. and I am still there.. Cycling back was a struggle. She is very amused that I can now speak Malayalam ... tickled pink is the expression but in her case brown ... and beautiful Indian classical flute music in the background much better than the wailing whales you get in some places in the UK! In my opinion!
