Scoots, Shoots & Leaves

One Street Evangelizing

She stood on the corner at Hawthorne and 35th waving her sign and singing and speaking into a microphone, but softly, so I didn't even hear her above the traffic and street noise. She wasn't asking for money or handing out leaflets, just declaring her beliefs wearing her remarkable outfit. I didn't have time to talk with her, but decided immediately that she was eminently blippable.

As I scooted away she said, "Thanks, Sister, Jesus loves you, bless you!"

"And you," I replied.

You need to look in large to take it all in.
